Caught Up
Ok, so I'm going to for a run now. My running routes are the most beautiful things ever. I'll have to grab some shots, but might not use Crappy D, since they deserve to actually look good. Seattle is freaking gorgeous.
It's 4PM, and I need to leave in about 6 hours. I can't say I really want to at this point. I'm excited about going somewhere new, but the work that needs to be done, both real work (announcement of my new program) and this video (featured presentation at the same big meeting) feels like a mind-vise.
At the same time, I've hardly even had time to talk to M or do anything at all fun in the last 2 weeks. When I get back on the 20th after this trip and that big meeting, I will need to do some serious assessment of my priorities and taper off the workload so that I can have a life again.
It's hard to do. I focus in on tasks at hand and get lost in them, but I can't afford to keep going like this.

Your running form needs some work dude. This looks like you're running out of a burning building!
