The Boats

When the fireworks were about to start, the police boats cleared out the area. Once it was over, all the boats raced back across the lake. It was a sea of green bow lights that did not at all register with Crappy D.

We got packed up and back to the car. The traffic was at a standstill and it took us an hour to get back home.
