Three Cs

Apparently, there's a great chili place in the market, and we head down to try some. It's called World Class Chili, and looks like a hole in the wall.

PeterE gets the "Texas" (beef on pinto beans) and I get the "Cincinnati" (beef/pork on shell pasta).

The Texas is really perfect, great flavor, good heat, and great texture. It easily beats other Texas that I've had, even in Texas.

The Cincinnati is good. It has chocolate in it, giving it a bit of a mole flavor. It's very good, especially since I've never had it before, and PeterE ranks it high, but not the highest.

Some cornbread, crackers, and home-pickled jalapenos, and we're done.

I'm stuffed and ready to head back home.
