The Day's Take

These are the spices that I got today. Not one of those bags was over 3 bucks, and they're pretty hefty quanities (1-2 oz each).

I'm looking forward to trying the curries out. I've been wanting to make Indian food and will try a Chicken Tikka Masala (yes, I know it's not REALLY Indian) shortly.

The smoked salt is also awesome, and usually so expensive, but not at World Spice. Basically, they're all awesome, and I can't wait to cook with them. The chipotle flake for one will be going on everything I eat from now on.

I've also replenished my "everything bagel" toppings, and make a mix to just shake on. Yay, efficiency.
