Smoked Delight
We check out PeterE's favorite fish shop in the market (not the throwing one) and try their smoked salmon. It's incredible, very fatty, and purely delicious.
I would love to buy some, but fish is kida crazy expensive, even when it's cheap. Halibut is in season at 9.95/lb, so we might have to try that at some point. We've been wanting to make a fish in salt crust, but that means buying a whole fish.
