Long Cycle

The local art film place in Seattle Center is having a classic film festival and they're showing a movie that's one of my favorites. As we're walking to the theatre, I see the sign show the name and I want to get a picture. In the time it takes for the phone-camera to turn on, the sign has moved on to something else and we have to wait for what seems like an eternity for it to come back.

It took so long, that M and I were both cracking up over each new display that appeared, standing there with our cameras out waiting for the one we we looking for. It must have been a strange thing to see.

In the end, we got it. The ones you see pictured here (excluding the bottom one, of course) are just a few examples.
