First Monday

Our office does a "First Friday" breakfast, and since we accidentally skipped one, we get it today. The creative admin actually has an electric griddle at one of the desks and makes us Frogs In A Hole. If you haven't had it, there's a circle of bread cut out and the egg is fried in it.
