Extendy

Before leaving, D has some bagels that she's made using a recipe from the Bread Baker's Apprentice, which looks like an AWESOME book that I must have.

If I can produce some decent bagels, pizza dough, and baguettes, I think I'll be just fine without NYC. I miss the "Bagel Hole" in Park Slope, where I would get my weekend WW bagel, egg and bacon, and I'd like to be able to just do it myself at home.

Besides, fresh home-boiled-and-baked bagels? Come on, that's going to rock so hard.

We get on the road and B demonstrates the extendable mirrors on the truck.
