My Fault

After work, I fought the urge to sleep on the couch and we went for a run. We did better than yesterday, and did most of our usual route. I made it with only 1 minute of walk-break, which was pretty decent.

The view was beautiful today, but after my Balance Bar pic I forgot to reset the macro, so this is all you get to see. It's a real shame too, because Ranier was out.

On the way back we got some Gatorade, but they didn't have the kind I like and it tasted too sweet. Sigh. There's nothing like Gatorade after a run, although the half orange juice, half water combo works nicely too.
