Good
I took a few shots at Bonnies but this is the on;y one where you can even see anything. Brooklyn Brewery is a staple around here, and we all had a round of IPAs before we started our discussion. It was productive, about as productive as it could have been at that time of day and week. Also, the Kobe burger was on special. It was stuffed with smoked blue cheese. Was I supposed to resist that? No, I wasn't.
We talked for a few hours and then we were full. Too full to do anything else. We wrapped up and I caught a train with T to head back to Manhattan.
I know I've said it before, but being in Brooklyn without living here is very strange. I keep thinking I'm going to finish dinner and go back to my cozy apartment where M is watching Daily Show and there's wood and exposed brick. I love our new place in Seattle, but it hasn't hit that level of coziness yet.
