School's Out

Class is over. Tim is getting stuck in meetings tomorrow morning, which means "vacation" can't start until after that. That's good for me as well, since I want to get as much work done (presentation and editing of that video) as possible before we leave. I got stuck on some calls that went way later than I would have liked, but managed to get out by 19:00. It's nice to not get any calls until 15:00 (since NYC is still asleep) but getting work stuff coming in until midnight is less fun.

The entire tech team went out for a big group dinner, but I skipped out. Another night of talking, eating German food, and beer was not going to help me get my work completed. Adam skipped out too, but we met up with Mike (another guy from the US) to grab some quick sushi so we could all get back to work.

I was a little nervous about sushi from a small, landlocked town in Germany, but sure.

We got swamped in bicycles on the way out to dinner.
