Old Synagogue

We weave around several streets looking for an outdoor cafe. The heat is prohibitive, but if we can find somewhere with shade it would be prefereable to eating inside.

We walk past the synagogue and figure we should have a look inside. It is a few euro to get in, and we give our money to a very nice girl who speaks good English and gives us a brochure.

We walk in, and other than the main chamber, the hallways are just white walls with lots of pictures of a Tibetan expedition that seems to have nothing to do whatsoever with the synagogue. I am very puzzled, but at least this does not look like it will be a time-intensive exploration of this place.
