Hands Down

Adam wasn't feeling very hungry and wanted to order something off of the lunch menu. He pointed at a sausage dish on the menu and the waitress explained that it was "cold", and was he sure that he wanted that?

He said yes, cold was fine. She double-checked with him and we wondered what the big deal was. I got a typical Crappy D picture of it, but figured that for this, you deserve to see a real picture.

Yes, it's a mound of raw ("cold") pork sausage with a raw egg on top.

Awe. Some.

It was actually quite good. The man who brought me the food explained that you mix the egg into the meat. It tasted like steak tartare without capers and lemon.

I could not figure out what to do with the massive quantity of butter that was on the plate with the pickled veggies.
