Cafe
We wandered into the square and picked the more rustic of the two cafes, with a very inviting Amstel sign out front.
There weren't very many people around, and the couple with the screaming child left soon after we sat down.
Thanks to Google, I was able to ask our waitress "Spreekt u Engels?" and she brought us English menus, which was a bit disappointing. I prefer to puzzle the menu out, but more than that, I would prefer to go places that weren't popular enough with tourists to require English menus.
We ordered a round of (not light) Amstels (except for Adam, since he was driving), and teased Adam about having to be the designated driver the whole time (he isn't, we were just teasing).
