Best Pepperoni Ever

On our way, I open the pepperoni I bought at the market. As soon as I bite into it there is this amazing crisp sound, and it bursts open with flavor. Without question, this was the most delicious pepperoni, and possibly the most delicious sausage I have ever had.

I convince a reluctant Adam to try it, who immediately responds that he will never pass up a chance to buy sausage again.

We spend the next 20 minutes in awe of this sausage. Yeah, really, it was that good. Adam even decided to try to make his own, which is a sketchy proposition. I mean, fresh sausage is just meat in a tube, but this stuff seems like doing it wrong could kill you.

As we're driving and enjoying the sausage, our GPS finds traffic ahead and redirects us (so cool). Along the way we see what looks like a castle up on a hill and decide to investigate. We weave through this tiny farm town up to where we think the castle is (we've lost sight of it) but no luck. We search for a while and decide to abandon castle-hunting if we want to get any daylight time in Nuremberg.

Stupid castle. I've seen plenty of them anyway.
