PeterE's got this spice shop (World Spice Merchants) he wants to go to. Alton covered it in his spice episode but I don't remember it. We walk in, and the place is amazing. They have tons of stuff, and glass jars with examples that you can open and smell. The staff is incredibly helpful and the prices are crazy cheap.

It's all I can do to not buy everything. We spend an hour there, talking with the staff and getting some info from them on other stores we might be interested in.

While we're getting our stuff, the staff is mixing up a big batch of dry rub. Apparently a local restaurant has a custom spice blend they use and this place mixes it up for them in big bags whenever they need some. Awesome.
