Bulky Goodness

Those buckets and jars contain a wide varety of self-serve bulk grains and spices. In the corner is a fridge filled with bulk nuts.

They have a bulk (not bug) cheese counter and very friendly, helpful staff. I try a raw milk cheddar that has good grassy flavor.

They also have a big olive oil selection, but I'll leave that for another time.

I pick up a bunch of cashews (I'm going to curry them), and some high-gluten flour to test out. If it's good, it costs about half the price I usually would pay, or 25 bucks for a 50lb bag. Awesome.

I also get some harissa (Moroccan chili paste) for no reason whatsoever.
