Big Bread
I've got a bunch of stuff to do today, and some of that is bread.
I've done pretty straight breads so far, so I decide to try one with cornmeal and butter and honey and maple syrup. I'm rusty already and forget one of the most basic steps, which does not give me a high, light, airy bread, but a huge, flat, dense one. It tasted like that soft, slightly sweet bread you get at a diner. I liked it, but M did not.
