Support

I am currently completing required "Customer Service" training. The first image (it is NOT a video, despite the buttons in the shot) is from the set of videos that we must watch and then complete quizzes on the material.

The clip below (it IS a video) is an example of what can happen when you just say "I don't know" (and nothing after that) and don't do a better job resolving the customer's issue. I know the audio is a bit out of sync (and the end is cut off), but I think you'll get the idea (I don't want to capture this again). Pay special attention to the section that starts with 15 seconds remaining.

On an unrelated note, I'll try to update the [recent posts] link at the top whenever I put in a bunch of new stuff so that you don't have to track back to find all of it. The link will generally point to the first post of the new batch, or the last of the old.
