Feelin' the Love

We hung out in the food court area and people-watched, and listened to the opening act "Handful of Luvin'", kind of a folksy-rocky fiddle-driven band. Their first few songs were uneventful.

We decided to head to our seats to wait for Carbon Leaf. HoL played some more songs and picked up the tempo and was quite enjoyable. They even played an irish-style drinking song (lyrics included "Drink! Drink! Drink!) that was very Flogging Molly (how many FM references is that this week?) but without the anger (or the sense of despair).

They're a local (Seattle, not Redmond) band, and we'd see them in a bar or something if they play nearby.
