Sketchy Shades of Sydney

There's not much by the river, so we walk up through one of the transit stations into a sketchy looking area, right past those blocky concrete buildings we saw earlier.

We swear we must be on the eastern side, but we're not. This is just a really dirty, dilapidated area of the western city.

I decide not to take pictures on these streets, lest we stand out too much.

We cross a burned-out looking street, and wander down a dirt path between overgrowth and some broken-down municipal-looking buildings.

We come out at this park with this (opera house?) building in front of us.
